Open Outlook (make sure you're using the New Outlook experience).
On the left-hand sidebar, click the Apps icon (grid icon) to open the Apps panel.
At the bottom of the Apps panel, click “Add apps”.
In the search bar, type “Zoom Outlook Plugin”.
From the search results, locate “Zoom for Outlook Add-in” by Zoom Communications, Inc.
Click Install.
Once installed, the Zoom plugin will be available in your Outlook ribbon or calendar toolbar.
